“Mapping Matters� is a program designed to support participants in applying Information Mapping.
Brief daily messages
Because Information Mapping is a behaviour change, and humans resist change unless there is sufficient need or benefit, the program reminds and encourages participants to apply the method in daily messages.
The messages are brief, and between 2 and 3Â typical screen-views in length.
Structure of messages
Each message is structured as follows:

- a Success Story
- an FS Pro tip.
