Convincing higher ups in your organization that employee training is a worthwhile investment can be a daunting task. Knowing what success measurements your executive suite cares about is even harder. In a recent article in Chief Learning Officer Magazine, Chris Moore discusses how working with executives before launching a training program can help you measure its success in terms that your stakeholders care about. Moore explains, "If you're sitting at the table with the executive team that defines the success criteria, you've got to leverage that opportunity to build a bridge to the measures to collect."
