| We are
excited to announce that Information Mapping International NV (IMI), a new
company formed in April 2009 by a group of Belgian investors, has purchased
the capital stock of Information Mapping, Inc.
Information
Mapping International will provide the necessary capital and leadership for
IMI to move forward.
IMI will
be led by Francis Declercq, former CEO of U&I
Learning, one of our most important European distribution partners.

This award
