Introduction

In this section of our privacy statement, we describe

  • the conditions under which we share information, and
  • with whom we share it.

With whom we share

We do not share personally identifiable information with other companies or individuals, apart from

  • those acting as our agents
    • in providing our products and services, and
    • agree to use it only for that purpose, and keep the information secure and confidential, and
  • our parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and
  • entities
    • into which our company may be merged, or
    • to which any of our assets, products, or operations
    • may be transferred

Sharing information

Aggregate Information: We may share with others aggregate information that is not personally identifiable, such as usage and demographic data. Personally Identifiable Information: We will disclose personally identifiable information we maintain when required to do so by law. Examples The following are examples in which information may be legally disclosed:

  • a court order, subpoena, or other legal obligation
  • a law enforcement agency's request
  • when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be intentionally or unintentionally causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, and
  • courts of equity, which may have authority under certain circumstances to permit personal information to be shared.
