If you don’t find a public seminar on our schedule that meets your needs, consider hosting your own public seminar.  This document describes how the “Host Your Own Public Seminar” program works.

Reserve as many seats as you need at 10% off the regular public price.

Your responsibilities

To host your own public seminar you are responsible for

• guaranteeing a minimum of 4 participants
• providing the
  • classroom
  • building access
  • directions
  • participant computers and software, as required
  • on site set up and support
  • audio/visual requirements, and
  • refreshments, and
• paying any instructor travel costs and expenses.

What IMC provides

Information Mapping Canada will provide

• the instructor
• the course materials
• a listing of the public seminar on our Web site
• registration and billing for all participants, and
• inclusion in any public seminar promotions, provided there is sufficient lead time.

Limitations

Information Mapping Canada must agree to the dates, location, and course that you select for your public seminar.
