The Information That Works! e-learning program teaches knowledge workers and content authors the foundations of Information Mapping for effective

- communication, and
- knowledge management programs.
Once learners gain a basic understanding of the Information Mapping method and how to use it, they will be able to improve the organization and effectiveness of business communications, such as

The Information That Works! e-learning program is based on simple browser technologies. Technical requirements include
- Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
- Flash plug-in
- sound card and speakers, and
- minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 dpi.
