Problem: Refining skills
"Mappers" who have attended an Information Mapping seminar and have been using the method for a while often feel the need for a refresher to help refine their Mapping skills and correct any bad habits they may have developed.
Mapping solution
The Graduate Seminar provides review, exercises, and skill enhancement to reinforce previous Information Mapping training.
What you'll learn
Participants
- review the core components of the Information Mapping method
- undertake exercises to ensure understanding
- review the tasks involved in building Mapped documents
- identify and correct common mistakes in Mapped documents
- raise their own issues and challenges around the method, and
- work on their own document with the help of the facilitator.
